Delivery times can vary depending on location, complexity of project, etc. Generally two weeks is a common turnaround time for a custom project. Feel free to reach out at any point in the process to get a status update. Also keep in mind that during peak holiday seasons, estimated times might be a bit longer, so getting the project started as early as possible ensures an on-time delivery.

For custom drawings, unfortunately refunds are not possible. I work to make sure you are well-informed throughout the process to obtain a positive result. For all reproductions and physical products, returns are available within 30 days and must be returned in original condition. Customer agrees to pay shipping costs in event of a return. Digital products are also non-refundable.
