Delivery times can vary depending on location, complexity of project, etc. Generally two weeks is a common turnaround time for a custom project. Feel free to reach out at any point in the process to get a status update. Also keep in mind that during peak holiday seasons, estimated times might be a bit longer, so getting the project started as early as possible ensures an on-time delivery.

For custom drawings, unfortunately refunds are not possible. I work to make sure you are well-informed throughout the process to obtain a positive result. For all reproductions and physical products, returns are available within 30 days and must be returned in original condition. Customer agrees to pay shipping costs in event of a return. Digital products are also non-refundable.

At this time, I do not provide finishing services for custom artwork unless specifically communicated with the client. I advise consulting a local professional service or searching online for best practices. Basic care including using acid free finishing materials and limiting direct light exposure works to ensure your product will last for years to come.

All artwork is produced on acid free archival paper with a minimum of 100lb/270g thickness. For most applications, a minimum of 2 light coats of workable fixative spray is used to help preserve the work from smudges. For shipping, care is taken to ensure the product remains flat during transit and protected from the elements.
