Custom Work
For custom drawings, unfortunately refunds are not possible. I work to make sure you are well-informed throughout the process to obtain a positive result.
Store products
For all reproductions and physical products, returns are available within 30 days and must be returned in original condition. Customer agrees to pay shipping costs in event of a return.
Digital products are also non-refundable.
