According to United States copyright law, the artist retains the rights of copyright ownership of the images produced, including custom works. The client agrees not to modify, reproduce, or distribute the artist’s material unless for personal, non-commercial use.

Guarantees
Great care is taken to ensure a positive experience for both the client and myself. I care deeply that you are pleased with the final result. If upon receiving the artwork you have a change that we both agree is fixable, you may return it within 30 days for further working with the client paying shipping costs. Unfortunately, not all custom work is fixable. All care is given within my power to make sure you are happy with the product.

If damaged or lost in shipment, a full refund will be issued or, if desired, a replacement of the artwork.
privacy
Contact details including telephone numbers, addresses and email addresses of customers are always kept confidential, as are personal photographs mailed or emailed to me. Customer information is not passed along to any other entity.
Upon completion and shipping of custom artwork, all personal reference photos are deleted. For record and convenience, I will keep a scan of your finished artwork on file in case you need alternative reproductions or for promotional needs unless specified otherwise by the client. There is no guarantee of retaining a digital record following production.

For tax and bookkeeping purposes, all invoices and receipts are kept for a period of no more than 5 years.
